Wing Shack On It’s Way Into Windsor

If you didn't already know, our studio is located in Windsor. After working here for the last almost five years I have fallen in love with the town. So much so that I am now a Windsor resident. But if there is one knock I have on the town, it is the lack of quality restaurants. Don't get me wrong, there are a few, just not many. We are about to add one more though, as Wing Shack will open a new Windsor location in mid-June with the official grand opening around July 4th.

Rockies Swept By Dodgers, Lose 11-5

The Colorado Rockies (13-20) picked up their eighth loss in nine games yesterday, falling to the Los Angeles Dodgers (23-11) 11-5. The Rockies led 4-2, before giving up six runs in the fifth inning. Colorado opens a two-game series against the Giants tonight in San Francisco (TV: Root Sports).

Rare Bruce Springsteen Poster From 1971 Sells For $650 on eBay

A poster of one of the oddities in the Bruce Springsteen‘s pre-fame career recently sold for $650 on eBay. The poster is for the “Ernie the Chickin’ Festival” at Newark State College in Union, N.J. on May 15, 1971. Music was performed by several local acts including the oddly named “Dr. Zoom and the Sonic Boom with Bruce Springsteen.”
