As we first reported earlier this week, the Denver Broncos are playing the Pittsburgh Steelers this Sunday in their first Playoff game in nearly 6 years. Ok, so maybe we weren't first, seems more than 70,000 fans already knew and ate up all the tickets for the game. Yesterday however, the Broncos released 300 more tickets yesterday that the Steelers returned. I found some others too!

The tickets that were released were all upper level seats that would set a guy back 60 bucks a piece.

If you don't want to sit up that high, and have a few extra dollars burning a hole in your pocket you might get lucky like I did. I got an email yesterday about the newly added tickets, so I decided to check them out. When I got to Ticketmaster's website I chose the option for best available seats at any price. What came up? 10th row from the field on the 20 yard line. Seems as though other folks have been turning in tickets too, and if you get on at just the right time like I happened to, you never know what you may get. Sure, the tickets were pricey at 145 bucks a piece, but those same tickets are selling for double that on Stubhub and other ticket re-selling websites.

Just for you, I went to the Ticketmaster website this morning to see if I could work my magic again, and I didn't come up with 10th row tickets, but I was able to get club level seats if I wanted, or even much cheaper obstructed view seats for the lower income fan.

Now, I don't know what the official word is on the game, how many seats there are, or how long they will last, but if you want to buy tickets make sure you check Ticketmaster first before paying more than the tickets are actually worth.
