If you didn't already know, our studio is located in Windsor. After working here for the last almost five years I have fallen in love with the town.  But if there is one knock I have on the town, it is the lack of quality restaurants. Don't get me wrong, there are a few, just not many. My taste buds are dancing with excitement as I tell you, we just added a new one!

Brian Seifried already owns Wing Shack locations in Greeley, just outside of Greeley in Garden City and in Loveland. The new Windsor location is located at 1261 Main St., which is connected to Windsor Valley Car Wash and east of Guadalajara Mexican restaurant. Seifried is also utilizing the drive-through window that already exists, and has dine-in seating for about 45 as well as party catering and take out. It’s the first drive-through service for a Wing Shack restaurant.

We are going to do a beer and wine license,” Seifried told Windsor Now. “It seems like a great fit for us both at the physical location and in the neighborhood in Windsor. We’re excited to be by the high school and be a part of the community.”

Seifried opened a Wing Shack in Loveland in 2006, another one on the west side of Greeley earlier this year and has plans to expand into Fort Collins in the near future. He gets his bone-in wings, which are organic, from a farm in Nebraska and they arrive at his restaurants within a few days fresh and never frozen.
